Breakfast And Brunch - Almond Bear Claws

Cheese - Tex Mex Black Bean Dip

Traditionally Southwestern spices, like cumin and cilantro, lend a distinctive note to this crunchy bean dip. Corn kernels and chopped onion add a special crunch.

Bbq Grilling - Grilled Mahi Mahi

This recipe is great either on the grill or in the oven broiler. The tomatoes give it a little bite. My entire family loves it, even my pickiest eater. I like a lot of garlic so I generally use a lot.

This yummy breakfast pie looks like a quiche but only takes minutes to make.

Salad - Asian Coleslaw

This is a three cabbage slaw - green, red, and napa - but the real delight is the dressing. It is made with creamy peanut butter laced with brown sugar, fresh ginger, and garlic - and a bit of oil, vinegar, and soy sauce.
